in psychology. My journey began with a love for supporting mental health and
helping others find confidence, and along the way, I discovered that makeup
could be a powerful form of connection and self-expression. It became my art,
my voice, and a way to empower others.
At Makeup Your Mind, I practice what I call “Makeup Therapy”—crafting looks
